The honor guard is here to support our community of fellow RNs, NPs, and LPNs who served the Staten Island community and beyond. Members guard for nurses who have died as requested by their loved ones. If you are an active or retired nurse, we are always looking to expand our list of members.

We provide training for our members to prepare them to participate in services. We understand the demands of nursing. Members may participate in the Honor Guard as dictated by their schedule. When a nurse’s family requests the honor guard’s participation, we will contact members based on their availability to find volunteers to participate.
